Job Description

Title:

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage IT infrastructure, ensuring 24/7 uptime and smooth functioning.
Administer servers, networking devices, firewalls (Sophos/Fortinet), routers, and switches.
Install & maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and CCTV.
Implement network security, VPN setup, and firewall configurations.
Perform troubleshooting, system upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
Ensure data backup, disaster recovery readiness, and asset management.
Coordinate with ISPs and IT service providers.
Train staff on IT usage & security awareness.

Key Skills:

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/IT/Electronics.
Knowledge of firewalls (Sophos/Fortinet), LAN/WAN, VPN, and network security.
Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSA, Sophos/Fortinet) preferred.
