Systems Engineering Specialist

NTT DATA is looking for a Systems Engineering Specialist to join the team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Magellan ServiceNow Architect to analyze, design, develop, test, deploy, and document workflows and configurations on ServiceNow. The development process follows the scrum methodology known as Portia, where user ideas are transformed into stories and assigned to developers. Your primary responsibility will be to work on the stories assigned to you, which may involve enhancing existing functionalities or developing new features, primarily within IT Service Management (ITSM) Modules. The complexity of the stories typically ranges from low to medium, with some involving intricate processes or catalogs like PAM and onboarding. As a developer, you will need to engage with the Caller for any additional information or queries and conduct demos of the developed work for them. It is essential to have strong ITSM development skills and excellent communication abilities to directly discuss requirements with customers.
