Job Description

As a System Security Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the security of the company's information systems. Your role will involve ensuring the secure and stable operation of servers, network equipment, and terminals. You should have solid knowledge of system operation and maintenance, as well as security awareness to assist in implementing system protection measures under the guidance of the Information Security Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Perform security configuration and hardening of servers, network equipment, and terminals. - Regularly update system patches, perform vulnerability repairs, and carry out security hardening operations. - Monitor system operation status to ensure network and data security. - Analyze system security logs to identify abnormal activity and potential threats. - Participate in security incident investigations and emergency response. - Support the operation and maintenance of antivirus, firewall, and intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS). - Maintain system user accounts and permission allocation. - Review account access records and usage regularly to prevent unauthorized behavior. - Assist in implementing multi-factor authentication (MFA) and encryption policies. - Perform data backup, recovery, and integrity verification. - Assist in developing and implementing data security strategies and disaster recovery plans. - Support security testing and recovery drills for critical systems. - Maintain system security operation manuals and change logs. - Assist in preparing security audit, compliance assessment, and ISO 27001 documentation. - Support internal security training and awareness enhancement within the department. Qualifications Required: - Associate's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering, or a related field. - Familiarity with Windows and Linux server system administration and network fundamentals. - Understanding of mainstream security tools and technologies (firewalls, VPNs, IDS, SIEM, etc.). - Strong system troubleshooting and problem analysis skills. - Responsible, with strong execution skills, and ability to work efficiently under pressure. - Preference given to candidates with CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, or Microsoft MCSA certifications.,
