Role Overview: As a System Security Technician based in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing technical support, and implementing preventive maintenance routines. Your role will also involve performing maintenance and repair tasks, as well as conducting training sessions to ensure optimal system security operations. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and provide technical support to identify and resolve system security challenges - Perform maintenance & repair and preventive maintenance to ensure ongoing functionality of security systems - Conduct training sessions for end-users or team members to enhance their understanding of system security protocols - Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Demonstrate excellent organizational and time-management capabilities - Utilize familiarity with security protocols and tools (a plus) Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical support - Experience in maintenance & repair and preventive maintenance - Ability to conduct training sessions for end-users or team members - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities - Familiarity with security protocols and tools (a plus) - Relevant certifications or a degree in a related field is advantageous,
