Website: https://www.seaker.ai Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced System & Infrastructure Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and optimizing cloud resources. This role requires expertise in system administration, network management, and cloud services, specifically in Azure. Key Responsibilities: 1. System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows.). Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Perform system upgrades, patches, and software installations. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system operations. ¢ Ensure system security and compliance with organizational policies. 2. Network Administration: ¢ Configure, maintain, and monitor LAN, WAN, VPNs, and firewalls. ¢ Ensure network availability, performance, and security. ¢ Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and manage IP addressing. ¢ Set up and manage routers, switches, and wireless devices. ¢ Implement network security measures, including intrusion detection and prevention. 3. Cloud Administration (Azure): ¢ Manage Azure services, including Virtual Machines (VMs), Azure Active Directory (AAD), and Azure Virtual Networks. ¢ Configure and monitor Azure storage solutions (Blob, File, and Disk Storage). ¢ Implement and maintain Azure Backup and Site Recovery solutions. ¢ Manage identity and access using Azure AD, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). ¢ Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Entra permissions management, and Central Policies. ¢ Automate tasks using Azure PowerShell, CLI, and Logic Apps. ¢ Optimize Azure resource usage and manage costs using Azure Cost Management. 4. Security and Compliance: ¢ Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and industry standards. ¢ Implement data protection measures, including encryption and backup solutions. ¢ Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities. 5. Documentation and Collaboration: ¢ Maintain accurate documentation of systems, networks, and procedures. ¢ Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. ¢ Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed. Required Skills and Experience: ¢ Proficiency in system administration (Windows Server, Linux) and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). ¢ Hands-on experience with Azure services like Virtual Machines, Azure AD, and Azure Networking. ¢ Expertise in Azure Active Directory (AAD), Microsoft Entra ID, Entra permissions, and Central Policies. ¢ Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python. ¢ Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS benchmarks). ¢ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Education and Qualifications: ¢ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ¢ Relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CCNA, RHCSA, etc.). ¢ Experience with automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices. ¢ Understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles.
