System Integration Sr. Specialist Advisor

As a System Integration Sr. Specialist Advisor at NTT DATA in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, you will be responsible for working with Varicent ICM, with a focus on Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) in the Life Insurance sector. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing Varicent ICM components such as data models, workflows, reports, and calculation logic based on business requirements. - Developing and maintaining ETL processes and data pipelines to process sales data into the Varicent platform. - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications for compensation plans. - Performing unit testing, data validation, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure accurate incentive calculations. - Investigating and resolving issues related to compensation calculations, reporting, and data integrity. - Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including configuration guides and data flow diagrams. To succeed in this role, you should have: - Demonstrated experience with Varicent Composer, Reports, Web Forms, Schedule modules, system configuration, and model building. - Strong skills in writing SQL queries for data manipulation and reporting within the Varicent environment. - Understanding of ETL methodologies and experience in building data pipelines. - Familiarity with sales compensation concepts, commission structures, and performance metrics. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop effective solutions. - Effective communication skills with both technical and business teams. - Experience working in Agile development methodologies. - Domain knowledge in areas like insurance or telecommunications may be required, depending on the industry.
