Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and network components.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Implement security protocols, perform system backups, and ensure data protection.
• Provide technical support to users and resolve system-related queries.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and updates with minimal downtime.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for IT projects and infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure 24/7 system availability and respond to critical alerts promptly.
