As a System Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience, your role will involve expertise in Salesforce, Power BI, Dynatrace, App Dynamics, ITIL V4, Service Now, Mainframe Utilities, and Unix. You will work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts and experience in Transactions domain is a plus. - Provide technical support and maintenance for Salesforce ensuring seamless integration and functionality. - Oversee the implementation and monitoring of Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. - Utilize Dynatrace and App Dynamics to monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues. - Ensure compliance with ITIL V4 processes and best practices to maintain service quality. - Manage and configure Service Now for efficient IT service management. - Perform routine maintenance and support for Mainframe Utilities to ensure system reliability. - Utilize Unix for system administration tasks and scripting to automate processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues. - Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support for critical systems. - Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for team reference. - Assist in the development and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements. - Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security policies. - Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities. Qualifications: - Must have experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Dynatrace, App Dynamics, ITIL V4, Service Now, Mainframe Utilities, and Unix. - Nice to have experience in Transactions domain. - Must be able to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. - Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Must have excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
