Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Good Exposure in handling CCNA / MCSA /AWS/ Linux.
Knowledge of Cisco switches, Routers, wireless
General networking experience, Advanced troubleshooting ability, IT security compliance.
Perform Network hardening, tuning, performance monitoring and troubleshooting
Handling tickets raised by users and alerts raised by alert monitoring system.
Proven client interaction skills with Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and technologies (LAN, WAN, VLANs, VPNs).
Hardware Expertise: Experience with configuring and troubleshooting network devices like routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Security Knowledge: Familiarity with network security best practices, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security measures.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues quickly and efficiently.
Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with other IT professionals and team members.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to the changing needs of a co-working environment and the evolving landscape of networking technologies.
