Job Description System Architect (Sapiens Ecosystem & Digital Insurance)
Role OverviewLocation - India(Remote)The System Architect will design the end-to-end architecture covering Sapiens CoreSuite, Digital Portals, integration layers, data flows, and enabling capabilities required for Claims MVP, MTAs, product additions, agent hierarchy revamp, and follow-up automation. The architect ensures scalability, reliability, security, and alignment of all system components.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine target architecture for Claims MVP across portals, workflow, document handling, and CoreSuite processing.Architect the full solution for Mid-Term Adjustments within portals and CoreSuite, including calculation engines, UI logic, and backend updates.Architect two new products:Cashback policy tactical yearly statement generation.Income protection enhancement waiting period change with backdated benefits.Assess and redesign agent hierarchy architecture, focusing on commission propagation, overrides, and reporting integrity.Re-architect follow-up management flows, define automation rules, and eliminate manual intervention.Oversee integration design between portals, CoreSuite, CRM, Finance, Reinsurance, BI systems.Maintain architecture governance, data standards, API patterns, and CI/CD alignment.Provide guidance to developers and BAs; perform design reviews and ensure solution quality.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business alignment and low operational risk.Skills & Experience815+ years in solution architecture with strong experience in insurance domain architecture.Hands-on experience architecting Sapiens CoreSuite implementations or similar enterprise insurance platforms.Strong knowledge of API-driven architectures, event-driven systems, workflows, and portal frameworks.Experience designing solutions for claims, policy changes, commissions, product development, and compliance-heavy processes.Deep understanding of data architecture, data flows, reporting, and reconciliation.Experience in scalable integration, microservices, messaging, and security models.Ability to lead teams, review designs, conduct architecture workshops, and guide delivery.How to Apply:- Email: [HIDDEN TEXT]- Call/WhatsApp: ?+91 7349350478?
