What Youll Do

As a Salesforce Technical Consultant at LevelShift, you will:

• Solution Design & Implementation

  : Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to customer needs, with an emphasis on NPSP.

• Code Development & Review

  : Build high-quality code using LWC, Advanced Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Flows, while conducting peer reviews to ensure standards.

• Customer Engagement

  : Participate in daily scrum calls with customers and Customer Success Managers, providing technical insights and progress updates.

• Integration

  : Design and implement robust integrations using REST APIs for seamless system connectivity.

• Migration

  : Manage data and metadata migrations to ensure smooth transitions during deployment.

• Specialized Modules

  : Configure and optimize Agentforce, Admin capabilities, Field Service Lightning, and NPSP.

• AI Tools

  : Explore and leverage AI tools to improve solution efficiency and innovation.

Your Skillset

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce professional with deep technical expertise and solutioning skills.

• Technical Skills

  :
• 5+ years of Salesforce development and consulting experience, with strong hands-on expertise in NPSP.
• LWC, Advanced Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Lightning Flows
• Integration via REST API
• Data and Metadata Migration
• Agentforce
• Salesforce Administration
• Field Service Lightning, NPSP

Certifications Required

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
