System Analyst, Lead

You will be operating during US hours in this role at Qualcomm IT, where your responsibilities will include gathering customer requirements primarily for Atlassian ALM tools, supporting releases, handling customer requests, triaging and troubleshooting application issues, conducting training sessions, and following agile Scrum Methodology. You must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, experience in configuration and administration of bug tracking and project management tools like JIRA, Fisheye/Crucible, Confluence, as well as relevant experience in system analysis. Additionally, you should have experience in application support and maintenance, excellent analytical capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while showing willingness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements.
