Job Description

Provide technical support to end-users for SAP B1 issues.
Manage user accounts, roles, and authorizations.
Deliver training to end-users on how to effectively use the system.
Perform routine maintenance, including upgrades, patches, and backups.
configure, and maintain SAP B1 servers, add-ons, and integration tools.
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., SAP support) to resolve issues and plan enhancements.
Coordinate with other teams to align system enhancements with business objectives.
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for compliance and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications :

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with SAP Business One.
2 -3 years of experience as a system administrator, with specific SAP B1 experience.
Knowledge of Windows Server and networking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
