Job Summary: Seeking an IT Administrator with 5+ years of experience, ideally in startups, to manage cloud and hybrid IT systems. Must specialize in the Google ecosystem (Google Cloud Identity, Google Workspace, GCP) and hybrid solutions (Active Directory, SCCM, VPNs), ensuring secure, scalable infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: 1 Cloud Management: Administer Google Cloud Identity, Google Workspace, and JumpCloud for IAM. Maintain Zero Trust policies and optimize GCP for availability and security. Enforce security using Google Cloud tools (IAM, encryption, data protection). 2 Hybrid Management: Integrate Google Cloud Identity/Workspace with Active Directory and SCCM. Manage Google Cloud Directory Sync (GCDS) and VPNs for secure hybrid access. 3 Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance, audit systems, patch vulnerabilities, and enforce MFA. 4 Support: Troubleshoot issues and train users on Google Workspace and hybrid tools. Required Skills: 5+ years in IT admin (cloud/hybrid focus, startup experience preferred). Expertise in Google Cloud Identity, Google Workspace, GCP, Zero Trust, Active Directory, SCCM, and VPNs. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Certifications (Google Cloud Certified, CompTIA Security+). Scripting (Terraform, PowerShell) and networking knowledge. Education: Bachelors in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience. Role & responsibilities
