Experienced and Well-Educated Nanny Needed: Location : Chenna i Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and well-educated nanny to join our family. The ideal candidate will provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our children. This role requires someone who is proactive, highly responsible, and capable of managing the daily needs of our children, including educational and recreational activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Develop and implement daily routines and schedules to support children's physical, emotional, and educational development. Plan and engage in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities to promote learning and development. Assist with homework and school projects, fostering a positive learning environment. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, taking into account any dietary restrictions or preferences. Perform light housekeeping duties related to childcare, including cleaning up after meals and playtime. Manage children's schedules, including school, extracurricular activities, playdates, and appointments. Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress, activities, and any concerns. Adhere to family guidelines and values, ensuring consistent discipline and behavior management. Travel with the family as needed, providing care during vacations and other trips. Administer basic first aid and manage any emergency situations appropriately. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of professional nanny or childcare experience, with at least 1 years in a similar role. Certified in CPR and First Aid (or willing to obtain certification prior to starting). Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to create a structured yet flexible schedule. Proficient in basic cooking and meal preparation. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations. High level of patience, empathy, and emotional intelligence. Professional, reliable, and punctual.
