IT Systems administration Exp – 5+ Yrs Location - Hyderabad Mandatory – 5 days WFO ( no exception to this rule) Work Time – Rotational shift NP – Immediate joiner only Must have skills: Splunk, Dynatrace and Batch monitoring on any of the monitoring tools (Tivoli work scheduler/ Autosys/ CA7/ Automic etc). Overall, 5-10 years of experience. Working experience on Monitoring and alerting tools – Splunk, Dynatrace, Moogsoft, Automic/ Any Batch scheduler Experience of ticketing tools like Service Now etc. for incident and changed management. Deep knowledge of windows-based servers Have strong written communication skills to complete Incident Reports to fully describe issues and resolutions. Experienced in completing tasks(timebound) within stringent SLAs Documents problems and corrective procedures. Ability to recommend and implement process improvements.
