System Administrator

• Install, configure, and maintain servers (Linux/Windows)
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of services
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and patch management
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Configure and monitor firewalls, VPNs, and security tools
• Ensure system and data security through proper access and firewall configurations
• Conduct regular security and system audits to identify potential vulnerabilities
• Maintain hardware and software inventory, licenses, and asset records
• Implement and monitor antivirus and endpoint protection solutions
• Support IT-related requirements of the internal team
• Document configurations, and maintenance activities
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and issue resolution

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
• Understanding of basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls, IP routing)
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools
• Scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of backup and recovery processes

Good to Have:

• Experience managing cloud services (AWS / Google Cloud / Azure)
• Exposure to DevOps tools and collaboration for deployment and maintenance
• Knowledge of Docker or virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)\
• Basic understanding of database or web server management
