User Account Management: They create, modify, and delete user accounts, manage permissions, and ensure proper access controls. Security: Sys Admins implement and maintain security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and backups, to protect the organization's data. Troubleshooting: They diagnose and resolve technical issues, both software and hardware, to ensure system stability and uptime. System Monitoring: Sys Admins monitor system performance, logs, and security events to identify potential issues and ensure optimal system health. Documentation: They maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and procedures for reference and troubleshooting. User Support: Sys Admins provide technical support to users, answering questions, resolving issues, and training them on new technologies. Disaster Recovery: They develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure data and system integrity in case of outages or emergencies.
