What This Job Involves:

Administer systems on both
Windows and Linux
operating environments.
Possess strong knowledge of
TCP/IP

Demonstrate robust
DNS concepts
, including
bind
.
Ability to effectively handle
Linux routers
.
Understand
Rootkits, IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems), and Firewall concepts
.
Possess in-depth knowledge of
IPTables
and advanced networking concepts like
bandwidth queuing
.
Understand
VOIP services
.
Experience working with
Apache
web server.
Knowledge about
RAID
configurations.
Ability to handle and resolve issues on
live web servers
.
Responsible for system
installation, configuration, and management
.
Drive
automation
initiatives to improve efficiency.
Maintain thorough
documentation
of systems and procedures.
Engage in
research and development
to enhance system capabilities and security.
