We are looking for a proactive and skilled System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Windows servers, virtualization, cloud platforms, and enterprise security systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Windows servers (physical & virtual)
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange/O365
• Manage virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V)
• Monitor system and network performance and ensure high availability
• Perform system backups, recovery, and disaster recovery planning
• Implement and manage endpoint protection, firewalls, and security tools
• Administer cloud infrastructure (Azure / AWS / Google Cloud)
• Automate routine tasks using scripting tools (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
• Provide L3 support for escalated technical issues
• Document system configurations, procedures, and changes
• Support infrastructure upgrades and migrations
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards (ISO, GDPR)
• Mentor junior system administrators and support staff

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in IT or a related field
• 1-4 years of relevant system administration experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
