System Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory, Office 365, and other platforms.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and security.
• Implement and maintain security protocols, firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint protection.
• Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets and provide Tier 2/3 technical support.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies.
• Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Monitor network and server capacity and recommend improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar IT role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux administration, and networking fundamentals..
• Familiarity with backup and recovery tools .
• Understanding of virtualization platforms .
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
