Job Description

Job Title: SRE3 System Administrator Location: Bangalore What you will do: System Design and Planning: Contribute to designing and planning complex systems to ensure scalability, security, and optimal performance. Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex system issues with in-depth technical expertise. Performance Optimization: Implement strategies to enhance system performance and resource utilization. Security & Compliance: Maintain security controls, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Scripting & Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and other scripting tools to streamline system administration tasks. Technical Leadership: Mentor junior administrators and provide technical guidance. Disaster Recovery & Backup: Design and implement robust disaster recovery plans and backup strategies. Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Prepare RCA reports and ensure SLA compliance for RCA submissions. Data Center Design & Implementation: Oversee data center setup, including network and storage architecture. Vulnerability Management: Plan and implement VAPT fixes, patch management, and security hardening. Infrastructure Expertise: Hands-on experience in Windows Server infrastructure, dependent services, and roles. Failover & Clustering: Design and maintain Windows Failover Cluster Infrastructure and Disaster Recovery systems. Endpoint Security: Knowledge of EDR/MDR solutions and anti-malware applications. Documentation & Learning: Maintain accurate system documentation and stay updated with the latest technologies and security threats. Who you are: A seasoned IT professional with 10+ years of experience in system administration, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management. Proficient in Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Windows Failover Clustering . Experienced in virtualization technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V . Skilled in scripting and automation , particularly using PowerShell. Knowledgeable in security hardening, vulnerability management, and backup solutions .
