Experience:10 to 12 years

Job Profile

Experienced in maintaining IT infrastructure at call centers.
Skilled in hosting and managing servers, applications, and mobile apps.
Proficient in coordinating with CSPs for application hosting and maintenance.
Knowledgeable in application and cloud security practices.
Capable of preparing and maintaining Service Level Status (SLS) reports.

Candidate Profile

Candidate having exposure to IT Infrastructure Delivery & Project Implementation will be preferred.
Candidate should have good knowledge on OEM Products, OS, RDBMS etc.
Candidate should have good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
Candidate should have excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Candidate should have good knowledge in preparing and maintaining Service Level Status (SLS) reports.
Candidate should have interest in gathering knowledge on new technologies.
