As a software engineer, you will be part of our People Technology team to help deliver world class software for our business partners. You will report to the engineering manager and work as an individual contributor participating in designing and development of software. This role will have collaboration with business partners, multiple Visa IT teams and third-party vendors. The portfolio includes SaaS and hosted packaged applications such as Workday, Cornerstone, ADP, SmartRecruiters, ServiceNow, and some homegrown solutions.

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer that will design and develop high volume, low latency applications for mission-critical system, delivering high availability.

Develop code that aligns with design specifications and meets security and standard coding quality processes. Coding must adhere to all standards for security & quality, be easily maintainable and have high system performance.Build conceptual architecture diagrams, design documents, maintain code repository, build unit/functional tests, and assist with code reviews.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
Associate: Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's DegreePreferred Qualifications:Associate: 2 or more years of work experience
