Surveyor

As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting precise measurements and mapping of land areas to provide essential data for construction, engineering, and land development projects. You will utilize advanced surveying equipment such as GPS, Trimble, and Carlson to measure and map land areas accurately. Additionally, you will draft detailed schematics and maps using CAD software and conduct research data collection to gather information on land characteristics and boundaries. Collaboration with engineering and construction teams will be essential to ensure accurate project planning, and performing trigonometric calculations to determine distances, angles, and elevations will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you are required to have proficiency in geometry, trigonometry, and land surveying techniques. Experience with Civil 3D software for land development projects is preferred, along with the ability to interpret and create detailed maps and schematics. A strong knowledge of GPS technology for precise measurements and excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients are also necessary. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work at the designated location.,
