Survey Supervisor

As a Survey Supervisor (Level-1) at National Sample Survey Office (NSSO) under the Ministry of Statistics, Govt. of India, you will be responsible for supervising survey teams across various districts in Uttar Pradesh to ensure smooth data collection from the field. Your role will involve monitoring adherence to survey protocols, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining detailed reports. Regular communication with regional heads and accurate MIS entries will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must possess a graduate degree in any discipline. A minimum of 1 year of field experience and hands-on exposure to Management Information Systems (MIS) is mandatory. A Computer Diploma or Degree is also compulsory for this position. Proficiency in MS Excel, report preparation, and digital tools will be essential skills required for this role. Additionally, good communication skills in Hindi and basic English are expected. As part of the remuneration package, you will receive a monthly salary of 31,050, which includes EPF employer and employee contributions. Field Work Allowance will cover travel expenses, with provisions for 3-tier AC train or AC bus fare, daily food allowance of 500, hotel accommodation of 750 per day, and local travel allowance of 200 per day. This is a full-time contractual position with a tenure of 36 months. The role involves day shift work at various locations within Uttar Pradesh. A Bachelor's degree and CCC Certification are required qualifications for this role, and the work is to be conducted in person.
