Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South for the role of Survey Programming Manager. The Survey Programming Manager will be responsible for designing and programming online surveys, testing and troubleshooting survey logic, managing data quality, and ensuring an exceptional survey experience for participants. This role includes collaborating with stakeholders to meet project requirements, preparing data for analysis, and ensuring adherence to timelines and project scopes. The manager will also provide leadership and guidance to the survey programming team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in survey programming tools and platforms, such as Confirmit, Decipher, Qualtrics, or similar.
• Ability to design and manage survey logic, quotas, and customized scripting solutions.
• Experience in data quality management, troubleshooting, and debugging technical issues in survey programming.
• Strong skills in data preparation, report generation, and understanding of data formats such as SPSS, Excel, or CSV.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Leadership and team management experience to guide and oversee survey programming staff.
• Relevant academic qualifications such as a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Market Research, or related field.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
