Survey Engineer (Insurance Survey)

As a Property Surveyor, your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough surveys of properties, buildings, and assets to assess damage, value, and risk factors. You will meticulously analyze survey data to determine the extent of damage and its implications for insurance claims. Your role will involve preparing detailed reports that include photographic evidence and written descriptions of findings for the benefit of insurance adjusters, clients, and other stakeholders. Collaboration with various parties is a crucial aspect of this role, as you will work closely with insurance adjusters, clients, and other stakeholders to provide expert opinions and clarify survey results. It is essential to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout all survey activities. Travel to survey sites and client locations may be necessary, so a valid driver's license is required.
