Job Description

As a Maintenance Manager at TE Connectivity, your role involves managing all production and utility equipment maintenance activities, installation, and commissioning of equipment as per the plan. You will be responsible for identifying areas of obstruction, proactively taking steps to rectify them, and minimizing downtime. Your duties also include supervising maintenance technicians, monitoring expenses, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to meet production targets efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal working condition. - Diagnose and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime, including analyzing and repairing electrical components, circuits, and control systems. - Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of electrical equipment and reduce unexpected failures. - Perform electrical repairs and upgrades as needed, staying updated on technological advancements to implement improvements. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all electrical systems and maintenance activities to protect personnel and equipment. Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in managing production and utility equipment maintenance activities. - Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical issues and performing preventive maintenance. - Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to electrical systems and maintenance. - Excellent leadership skills to supervise maintenance technicians and ensure efficiency in operations.
