As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all production and utility equipment maintenance activities, overseeing the installation, and commissioning of equipment according to the plan. You will be expected to identify areas of obstruction proactively, take steps to rectify issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Supervising maintenance technicians, monitoring expenses, and ensuring optimal resource utilization while adhering to regulatory process requirements and standards will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will lead, train, and monitor the performance of team members to ensure operational efficiency, meet individual and group targets, and implement preventive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment reliability and achieve production goals within budget. Your duties will include conducting routine inspections and maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment, troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues promptly, developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, performing necessary repairs and upgrades, and ensuring safety compliance with standards and regulations. Furthermore, you will stay updated on technological advancements to recommend and implement improvements.
