Support Secretary

To this end, NHS Scotland welcomes applications from all sections of society.A permanent position has arisen within the Ophthalmology team based at the National Treatment Centre-Highland for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who will deliver a high-quality secretarial support service.You should have proven experience as a secretary, the ability to work accurately under pressure, have attention to detail and work co-operatively within a team.You will provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Medical Secretaries, Ophthalmology Co-ordinators, Consultants and the clinical team working in the Ophthalmology Service.Medical terminology and a high degree of typing speed and accuracy are required together with excellent organisational skills and flexibility in approach to work.For informal enquiries please contact yvonne.dale@nhs.scot
