Job Description

As a Senior Assistant in the Support Quality WML department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our processes and services. You will be tasked with maintaining safety and compliance standards, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and managing a team to ensure the highest level of quality assurance and control. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Support Quality WML department. Ensure all processes are compliant with safety standards and regulations. Use analytical skills to assess process performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes. Manage a team, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure high performance and quality work. Conduct quality assurance checks and implement quality control measures. Use business and commercial acumen to make decisions that will benefit the company. Foster an entrepreneurial spirit within the team, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement. Cultivate a global mindset within the team, promoting understanding and respect for diverse cultures and perspectives. Handle conflicts in a professional and effective manner, ensuring a positive working environment. Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration. Regularly report on department performance, challenges, and successes. This role requires a strong leader with excellent people management skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to quality and excellence.
