Job Description

As a Support Quality WML Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services. You will be involved in all stages of the product lifecycle, from design and development to production and delivery. You will work closely with various teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues, and you will play a key role in maintaining our company's reputation for excellence. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and guidelines. Conduct regular quality assurance tests and inspections to identify and rectify potential problems at the earliest stages. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality is maintained throughout the production process. Analyze data from quality tests to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these issues. Ensure that all safety and compliance standards are met, and take corrective action when necessary. Provide training and guidance to team members to develop their skills and understanding of quality assurance processes. Use your business and commercial acumen to make decisions that will improve the quality of our products and services. Demonstrate entrepreneurship and a global mindset in your approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Manage conflicts effectively and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure that all quality-related issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Continually review and improve our quality assurance processes to ensure that they are effective and efficient. The role requires a strong focus on people management, as you will be leading a team and working closely with other departments. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
