Job Description

Prioritize workload and execute tasks in alignment with industry best practices to ensure smooth operations. Analyze operations and recommend improvements to minimize plant stoppages and prevent breakdowns. Direct and supervise field operators to ensure the sinter plant is operated in a clean, safe, and efficient manner during shift operations. Proactively identify fire and safety hazards, taking necessary precautions and reporting in accordance with site policies and procedures. Report any accidents, injuries, or staff sickness to the supervisor or competent authority, ensuring proper documentation of accidents/injury procedures. Ensure the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) based on the work environment and tasks. Oversee lockout-tag out procedures and the safe isolation of equipment during shutdowns. Principal Accountabilities* " Accountable to meet the production schedule consistently. Job allocation is done on time to ensure the work allotment to all the team members iincluding the associates."
