Internship Overview:
We are looking for highly motivated interns to join our Customer Support team during the peak tax season. As a Customer Support Intern, you will be responsible for assisting users who are filing their Income Tax Returns (ITR) through WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries and issues related to ITR filing via WhatsApp
Provide accurate information and real-time support
Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when required
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer communications
Document and track all interactions and resolutions effectively

Candidate Requirements:

Excellent written communication skills in English (Hindi/Kannada is a plus)
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
Ability to handle multiple conversations and manage time effectively
Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Must be available for immediate joining and full-time in-office work
Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
