Providing information, explaining product features, and guiding customers through processes. Resolving technical issues: Troubleshooting problems, offering solutions, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support. Handling customer complaints: Listening attentively, empathizing with concerns, and taking appropriate action to resolve issues. Maintaining accurate records: Documenting customer interactions, inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions. Collaborating with other teams: Working with technical support, sales, or product development to ensure efficient issue resolution.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
