Support Engineer

Role Overview: You will be joining a premier financial technology solutions provider as a Support Engineer based in Chennai. Your main responsibilities will include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of various operating systems. It is a full-time, on-site role that requires you to be willing to work in rotational shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor alerts from systems and address or escalate based on established service levels - Respond to client questions and resolve issues in a timely manner within your scope of responsibility - Perform system maintenance activities following provided guidelines - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on troubleshooting and escalate issues as needed - Follow established support processes and escalate unresolved issues per SLAs - Analyze and assist with automating manual support tasks using AI or Scripts - Establish and maintain code control for scripts using industry standard tools Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent - 2-3 years of full-time experience in IT Operations - Experience in the technology or IT industry is a plus Additional Company Details: Our Client is a leading financial technology solutions provider dedicated to helping businesses streamline their financial management and gain valuable business intelligence insights.
