As a Support Desk Specialist at Voiro, your role is crucial in ensuring the success of our product by working closely with users to facilitate easy usage and resolution of any issues. Your exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with critical thinking abilities, will be essential for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive product success - Manage ticket query system and maintain an updated database of queries and resolutions - Provide necessary support on product usage, reports, and queries - Communicate with customers regarding tickets, events, and maintenance - Escalate and follow up on items requiring assistance from other teams - Analyze client requirements and confer with the Product and Customer Success team on new requests and critical issues - Conduct training sessions for users on specific areas as needed - Monitor product health and ensure system operation meets specifications - Continuously improve SLA and customer satisfaction levels - Strictly adhere to processes Qualification Required: - Bachelors or masters degree - 1-2 years of work experience (fresher) About Voiro: Voiro is India's first revenue management suite for ad-led digital publishers, specializing in monetizing content such as live sports, reality TV, and entertainment through data-intelligent advertising.
