Support Analyst, Sales & Research, Information Technology

You will be responsible for providing expert support for applications and infrastructure related to Sales & Research services. Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving issues, offering user support for Sales & Research applications, maintaining and enhancing processes, and working with both Linux and Windows server environments. To excel in this role, you should have 2-4 years of relevant experience in the field. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field is required. You must possess a strong knowledge of RDBMS, an advanced familiarity with Linux server environments, and a basic understanding of AWS infrastructure such as EC2, S3, RDS, LB, etc. Additionally, you should have basic knowledge of networking principles, familiarity with CI-CD environments and processes, experience with technologies for integration, familiarity with Containers and Kubernetes, and knowledge of GitOps principles. Understanding how to mitigate typical web vulnerabilities like XSS and SQL injection is essential. Experience or familiarity with modern IT practices including DevOps and Agile is preferred. Having a proactive problem-solving approach, excellent communication skills to explain complex technical issues clearly, and a strong desire to learn and stay updated with the latest technologies and practices are also crucial for success in this role.,
