Supply Planning Configurator Consultant

You will be working as a part of the Consulting arm of Xoriant, which is a digital engineering services company with a global presence. Your role will involve helping clients with Business Consulting, Program & Project Management, Digital Transformation, Product Management, Process & Technology Solutioning, and Execution in functional areas such as Supply Chain, Finance & HR, Sales & Distribution across various locations worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients in Business Consulting, Program & Project Management, Digital Transformation, Product Management, Process & Technology Solutioning, and Execution. - Focus on areas like Supply Chain, Finance & HR, Sales & Distribution. - Work closely with clients in the global consumer & packaged goods (CPG) industry, new age tech, and start-up ecosystem. - Collaborate with a team of over 450 world-class business and technology consultants. Qualifications Required: - Strong educational background from reputed engineering and management schools. - At least 4 years of experience in large-scale supply chain programs. - Proficiency in ERP & SCM platforms, particularly o9. - Hands-on expertise in supply planning. - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience in planning transformation programs in CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, Pharma sectors.
