Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Automation & Digital Enablement

• Develop and implement a

  13-week Rolling RM Plan

  with automated record-keeping and circulation mechanisms.
• Automate

  replenishment workflows

  including reorder point setup, real-time alerts, and exception reporting.
• Build automation tools for

  safety stock statistical calculation

  to improve accuracy and responsiveness.

2. Inventory & Cost Optimization

• Achieve and govern

  RM Inventory Days

  : Maintain

  ~25 days quarterly

  and

  ~19 days at year-end

  .
• Manage

  slow-moving and obsolete inventory

  through structured review and liquidation strategies.
• Achieve

  Zero Air Shipment

  target through proactive planning and risk mitigation.

3. RM Planning Process Stabilization

• Lead horizontal deployment of RM planning processes

  across all factories

  , ensuring consistency in demand balancing and handling RM variability.
• Own and track

  PCR (Production Commitment Review)

  commitments through data-driven RM planning.
• Strengthen planning accuracy through structured inputs, scenario planning, and data governance.

4. Team Building & Continuous Improvement

• Drive initiatives for

  MOQ reduction

  and

  increased delivery frequencies

  with suppliers.
• Lead efforts to

  reduce RM lead times by 10%

  through supplier collaboration and process optimization.
• Improve team cohesiveness by fostering strong coordination between

  IP members and SCM teams

  .

5. RM Planning & Scheduling

• Conduct

  RM plan variance analysis

  to identify root causes and improvement actions.
• Govern

  material availability and fill rate performance

  , ensuring timely escalation and risk coverage.
• Review planning parameters and scheduling adherence for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in RM planning, inventory management, or SCM roles.
• Strong competency in

  inventory modelling, automation tools, and statistical planning

  .
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems; advanced Excel/Power BI preferred.
• Excellent collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
