POSITION SUMMARY:
The Supply Planning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing TUG Operations team to ensure PO Issuance, Style Master Setup and other activities are all in accordance with the operations calendar and deliverable deadlines.

Direct: Supply Planning Specialist and Senior Planning Specialist.
Indirect: N/A

DECISION MAKING: Must be able to make decisions based on understanding of the business and from the training on data they have received.
RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY: Team player and must be able to multi-task and motivate others to take initiatives.
ENVIRONMENT: Immediate pressure to meet deadlines and deliver goods on scheduled dates. Significant part of the day is spent checking team’s emails and ensuring works is done correctly and in timely matter. Answering e-mails in a timely and productive manner is required.
