Required Skills:

• Ability to independently drive hiring efforts for a large pool of technicians and delivery personnel.
• Willingness to spend 10–15 days each month working on the field to actively support recruitment needs.
• Proactively suggest and implement new strategies to balance monthly demand and supply targets.
• Comfortable making high-volume outreach calls (up to 100 candidates daily) using data sourced from online recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to conduct effective candidate interviews.
• Capability to source potential candidates through field visits and confidently communicate the benefits of joining the fleet during interview discussions.
• Ensure a minimum 80% conversion rate from training completion to actual onboarding.
• Ability to carefully assess the monthly hiring budget and plan recruitment activities to stay within financial limits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹345,000.00 per year
