Job Description

As a Supply Chain Plan & Analytics Associate Manager at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in managing planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket service supply chain operations. Your primary responsibility will be to help clients realize a significant return on investment by optimizing supply chain processes. You will be part of the Supply Chain Planning Team, overseeing end-to-end supply planning and execution. Your role will involve assessing, designing, building, and implementing best practices in supply planning capabilities, including Inventory Planning/Optimization, Materials Requirements Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, and Supplier Collaboration. You will work on projects across various business processes, applications, and technology to ensure efficient supply chain operations for clients. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or a related discipline, preferably coupled with a Master's in Business Administration. With a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in supply chain management, you should demonstrate a proven ability to lead teams and drive transformational change. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and out-of-the-box thinking will be essential for success in this position. Your responsibilities will include managing delivery of practice services, achieving operational cost savings, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for forecasting and scheduling, strategic development, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be required to stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in demand planning and supply chain management. Your role will also involve chairing demand review meetings, representing the team in supply chain performance meetings, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive efficiencies. You will need to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues while ensuring adherence to vendor compliance and management protocols.
