Job Description

Role Overview: As a Supply Chain Operations Associate at Accenture, you will be responsible for managing planning, procurement, distribution, and aftermarket service supply chain operations. You will play a key role in helping clients realize significant returns on their investments in services. Key Responsibilities: - Assess, design, build, and implement best practices for Order Management, including order creation, order fulfillment, financial settlement, order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services, and activation of billing - Work with the Supply Chain Planning Team to ensure end-to-end supply planning and execution - Utilize Distributed Order Management for both online and physical network management - Handle tasks such as order fulfillment planning, vendor management, and reverse logistics - Utilize problem-solving skills and strong analytical skills to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team - Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting - Communicate effectively with clients on order management-related matters Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any field - 1 to 3 years of relevant experience - Ability to work in rotational shifts About Accenture: Accenture is a global professional services company with expertise in digital, cloud, and security solutions.
