Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement & Vendor Management
• Coordinate with Procurement , Warehouse , Suppliers for schedule pick up & align logistic partner accordingly
• Monitor Timely Pick up & Closure .
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and manage supplier performance.
• Logistics & Distribution
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation.
• Optimize delivery schedules to meet customer expectations at minimal cost.
• MIS Follow up with Transporter & ensure closure of all transit shipments which are beyond TAT.
• Follow up with Transporter to issue Credit note against transit damages

• Process Optimization
• Streamline supply chain workflows to reduce costs and lead times.
• Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
• Team Collaboration & Reporting
• Work cross-functionally with sales, and finance teams.
• Submission of Marine Insurance file monthly basis to insurer
• Timely submission of the freight invoices to the finance as per Agreement

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferable in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related
• 2 years of experience
