Location: Bangalore, KA, IN

Responsibilities

The SCM Design Manager will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and scaling Ninjacarts end-to-end supply chain network. This role will work closely with planning, logistics, procurement, operations, product teams to drive cost-efficient, service-leveldriven supply chain solutions using data, analytics, and digital tools.

• Own supply chain network design and optimization initiatives across sourcing, warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
• Drive supply chain strategy and transformation projects, including network redesign, node rationalization, and lane optimization.
• Partner with planning teams on demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization.
• Lead digitisation and analytics-led initiatives across SCM.
• Develop scenario models and what-if analyses for expansion, new categories, new geographies, and volume scale-up.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders Procurement, Operations, Product, Tech, and external partners.
• Track and deliver measurable business impact through cost savings, productivity improvement, and service enhancement.
• Support leadership with data-driven insights, business cases, and executive-level presentations.

• 4-6 years strong expertise in Supply Chain Strategy, Network Design, and Optimization
• Hands-on experience in capacity planning, distribution planning, and transportation optimization
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel-based solvers, SQL, BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)
• Experience driving supply chain digitisation / transformation projects
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in high-growth, fast-paced environments with ambiguity
