Job Description

As a Supply Chain Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the alignment between supply and demand plans, driving stability across the supply chain network. Your responsibilities will include: - Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): - Reporting any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard. - Complying with Cummins HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations. - Actively participating in HSE training and practices. - Quality: - Following applicable standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures. - Performing quality checks on system planning parameters and supporting Plan for Every Part (PFEP). - Delivery & Planning: - Performing supply and demand analysis to identify risks and concerns. - Supporting information gathering and analysis through research. - Simulating planning parameter changes and reporting impacts on key performance indicators. - Monitoring signals indicating abnormal demand or stock levels and recommending planning adjustments. - Owning and maintaining the disaggregated demand, supply, and inventory plans. - Teamwork & Collaboration: - Communicating effectively within the team and with cross-functional stakeholders. - Completing assigned training and engaging in continuous professional development. - Participating in improvement projects across quality, safety, material flow, and processes. - Remaining flexible and undertaking additional responsibilities to support business goals. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for someone who: - Communicates effectively, drives results, has a global perspective, manages complexity, and optimizes work processes. - Possesses technical competencies in materials planning system utilization, Plan for Every Part (PFEP), inventory management and optimization, materials KPI management, and network master supply planning. - Appreciates diverse perspectives and cultural differences to strengthen the team and organization. Education, Licenses, and Certifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Additional education or certifications in supply chain, logistics, or operations are a plus. - This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Skills And Experience: - Requires some relevant work experience and intermediate-level knowledge in supply chain functions. - Proficiency in using materials planning systems and Microsoft Office tools. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive supply chain improvements. - Effective team player with good communication and collaboration skills.,
