Position: Business Analyst Experience: 2-5 years in technology implementations Minimum Qualification: BE/B.Tech Location: Hyderabad About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to Supply Chain and Logistics Digital Transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in technology implementations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Manage the Requirement Lifecycle, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals. Utilize Excel Analytics to interpret data, generate insights, and support decision[1]making. Work within Agile frameworks, leveraging JIRA for backlog management and sprint planning. Facilitate communication between business teams and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation. Support testing, validation, and user training for new digital solutions. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Educational Background: BE/B.Tech in a relevant field. Experience: 2-5 years in technology implementations, preferably in Supply Chain & Logistics. Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong expertise in Requirement Lifecycle Management. Proficiency in Excel Analytics for data-driven decision-making. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively
