Job Description

As a Senior Data Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing advanced dashboards using Power BI, as well as applying AI/ML concepts to drive data insights for informed decision-making. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business trends, and mentoring junior analysts in best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards and reports across various business functions to ensure data accuracy and user-friendly visualization. - Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, while developing KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks. - Utilize machine learning models to support business use cases and collaborate with data science teams to integrate AI/ML outputs into Power BI reports. - Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and mentor junior analysts in Power BI best practices and analytical techniques. Qualifications & Skills Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization. - Expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, performance tuning), strong SQL skills, and experience with relational databases. - Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML techniques (regression, classification, clustering, forecasting) and experience with Python or R for data analysis and machine learning. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
